Master in Management – Programme Grande Ecole (MIM - PGE)

The purpose of the MIM programme at NEOMA is to prepare our students to become actors in the positive transformation of companies, by planning for societal changes and addressing the challenges of the 21st century through three key factors: societal challenges, tomorrow’s professions and sustainable transition.

Entry levels: 3- & 4-year higher education degree

Degree awarded: Master’s degree (5-year higher education degree)

Campuses: Reims, Rouen

Teaching languages: the curriculum is offered in French or English from Y1

CUTTING-EDGE PROGRAMMES

TEMA Innovation & Digital Management

In the era of the digital revolution, TEMA is an innovative 5-year course to train managers in multiple skills: to be agile in a digital environment, creative, open to the world and imbued with the spirit of enterprise. All these skills are sought after by businesses as the economy undergoes digitization.

Entry levels: High school diploma & 3-year higher education degree

Degree awarded: Five-year degree equivalent to a Master’s degree

Campuses: Paris (Y1 & Y2), Rouen (years 1 & 2), Reims (years 1 to 5)

Teaching languages: French (Y1 & Y2) then English (years 3 to 5)

Bachelor in Services Management

The aim of the Bachelor in Services Management (BMS) is to train the managers of the service professions of tomorrow in sectors undergoing major change.
It offers comprehensive training including technological and digital training as applied to services and to customer experience, as well as basic skills in management and entrepreneurship. This programme includes 2 curriculums: one in retail distribution (Ec@l) and the other one in gastronomy, in partnership with Ecole Fauchon.

Entry levels: High school diploma & 1-year higher education degree

Degree awarded: Registered 3-year higher education degree

Campus: Rouen

Teaching language: French

HIGHLY BUSINESS-ORIENTED INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMES

Global BBA

This bespoke pathway, combining business fundamentals, interdisciplinary insights, practical simulations, professional experiences, and study abroad, is intended for students interested in economics, geopolitics, business development, project management, and more.

Programme format : 2 tracks: General Track ou CESEM Global Double Degree
Full time – Apprenticeship possible in 4th year (only for General track)

Entry levels: High school diploma & 2-year higher education degree

Degree awarded: Bachelor’s degree, registered 4-year higher education degree

Campuses: Paris in Y1, Reims, Rouen

Teaching languages: bilingual French/English teaching offered in Y1, then 100% English

SPECIALISATIONS

Advanced Masters or Masters of Science

Either on a full-time or alternating work/study basis, in French or English (3/4-year higher education degree > 5-year higher education degree)

The specialist areas are as follows: Business & Strategy, Finance & Accounting, Management & Organisation, Marketing.

Campuses and teaching languages vary based on the chosen specialist area.

Global Executive MBA

This high-level managerial programme aims to strengthen key executive management skills in an international environment, develop a comprehensive company outlook and understand technological and societal disruptions.

Entry levels: 3-year higher education degree and beyond + 5 years of professional experience

Degree awarded: Master of Business Administration (MBA)

An innovative programme presenting a comprehensive outlook for employees who want to progress towards new managerial functions.

Thanks to Kempinski's excellent collaboration with NEOMA Business School, we have been able to customise the programme to the needs and demands of the hospitality sector. A 3-year course jointly offered with Shanghai Jiaotong University, for people holding a full-time job who wish to acquire conceptual management tools through a supervised research project.

PhD in Management

A custom training in order to pursue an international academic career in the fields of business administration and management.
